This Privacy Policy explains which information I process in connection with the current userscript for Football Management Ultra (FM Ultra), the free daily usage available to all users, and the voluntary support contributions I use to maintain the project.
Independent Project Notice
This userscript project is independent and is not affiliated with or operated by Football Management Ultra or the operators of the game. Game names are used only to identify the context in which the userscript is used.
Free Access and Voluntary Support
I make the userscript available free of charge with a daily limit currently set at 10 uses per day. Users who voluntarily support the project may receive, as a thank-you, access without the daily limit for the applicable period. These contributions support project maintenance, development, and related access-status updates.

What I Process
The information I actually process is mainly limited to:
- Club and player identifiers, club and player names, selected language, page context, and similar data needed to run the userscript.
- Community content voluntarily submitted through the userscript, such as comments, notes, and price suggestions.
- Operational data linked to a club identifier, such as script version, daily free-usage counters, last access, abuse-prevention data, and trial or supporter-access related fields.
- Donation and support-related data, such as donor club ID, amount, donation references, status, and fields updated after PayPal confirmation and supporter-access updates.
Why I Process It
- To run and display the userscript features.
- To manage the free daily usage made available to all clubs, including version checks, limits, trial or supporter-access status, and abuse prevention.
- To store and show community comments and price suggestions in the relevant player context.
- To handle voluntary support contributions and related access-status updates where applicable.
Legal Basis for Processing
I process data when necessary to provide the free or supporter version of the userscript you choose to use, to manage and protect the project, to handle voluntary support contributions, or to comply with legal obligations connected with donations.
Data Sharing and Third Parties
I share or make available limited data only where necessary for the project to work:
- Community features: comments and price suggestions voluntarily submitted through the script may be visible to other users of the script in the relevant player context.
- PayPal: for handling voluntary support contributions and confirmation.
- Technical providers I use to deliver the website or public pages.
- Competent authorities where required by law.
Data Retention
I keep data only for as long as necessary. The current maintenance configuration uses these reference periods:
- Club-linked account, operational, donation, and supporter-access data may be deleted if the club does not log in for more than 6 months; linked comment records, comment notifications, price suggestions submitted by that club, and club-specific trial-use records may be removed together.
- Free-usage and trial-use records are currently targeted for cleanup after 30 days.
- Community comments and price suggestion records are currently targeted for cleanup after 730 days, unless they are removed earlier as part of inactive-club cleanup.
- Technical logs may be kept for security, maintenance, and abuse-prevention purposes and are deleted periodically, generally within 90 days.
